We encourage you to take advantage of the free payment terminals program of the Polska Bezgotówkowa foundation. To do this, simply fill in the form or contact us by phone. We will explain the details to you and expressly prepare a draft contract for your approval. The terminals and the entire procedure are free of charge, all costs are covered by the organizer. There is also no need to sign a contract for a paid period after 12 months.
New Deal - mandatory cashless payments
From 1 January, all holders of cash registers are obliged to provide their customers with the option of non-cash payment. A payment terminal without a subscription will be an ideal solution to meet this obligation.
As an incentive, companies with terminals will be able to take advantage of the Podatnik Bezgotówkowy program and deduct up to PLN 1,000 of terminal costs (subscription costs and commissions after a free year financed by Polska Bezgotówkowa). In addition, the legislator provided for them to accelerate VAT refunds to 15 days and the possibility of settling the tax on a quarterly basis.
Another change resulting from the New Deal is the obligation to integrate online cash registers with the payment terminal from July 1, 2022. All our terminals work with cash registers, we also provide integration services for these devices.
