INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA 

In accordance with the REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (commonly referred to as the GDPR) , we inform you that:

  1. The ADMINISTRATOR OF PERSONAL DATA is Edikson Wojciech Fularczyk with its registered office in 80-178 Gdańsk, ul. Otomińska 25D/2, NIP number 5832923692, hereinafter referred to as edikson.com.

  2. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING 

Personal data processed by edikson.com may be processed for the following purposes:

  • recruiting new employees;

  • the legal obligation to process the data of current and former employees;

  • perform activities before concluding a contract (preparation of an offer, order, proforma invoice)

  • conclusion of a sales contract and a contract for hardware and software maintenance;

  • ensuring the highest quality of maintenance services for both hardware and software;

  • documenting the performance of services for tax purposes;

  • own marketing;

  • ensuring the safety of property and people (monitoring of the facility);

  • pursuing possible claims or defending against them;

3. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with the GDPR, the basis for the processing of personal data by edikson.com. depending on the goal is:

  • Article 6 of the GDPR point 1 point b. "processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract";

  • Article 6 of the GDPR, point c. processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation to which the administrator is subject”;

  • Article 6 of the GDPR point 1 point b. "processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or in order to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract";

4. ENTITIES TO WHOM PERSONAL DATA MAY BE PROVIDED
edikson.com transfers personal data to the following categories of entities:

  • Companies providing IT support services and providing IT software

  • Companies providing HR and accounting services;

  • Transport/courier companies/Poczta Polska when ordering by parcel

  • Companies producing or importing and running the main service for fiscal devices purchased by the Customer;

  • Revenue Offices competent for the owner of the fiscal device.


5. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PERIOD
Depending on the purpose, the time of data processing by us varies.

a.    Data obtained in connection with the concluded contract for the provision of services will be processed for the period resulting from the law, limitation of tax claims or civil law claims, depending on which of these events will occur later;
b.    Data obtained on the basis of consent for marketing purposes will be processed for the period of validity of consent for marketing purposes; 
c.    Data obtained in connection with monitoring will be processed for a maximum of 90 days from the date of recording, and then will be permanently deleted._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_

6. RIGHTS OF PERSONS  IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Everyone has the right to access the data content, correct it, the right to transfer data, and the right to receive a copy of personal data processed by edikson.com. In addition, the right to withdraw consent at any time, to demand restriction of their processing, deletion, and the right to be forgotten in the case of processing personal data for marketing purposes.

7. POSSIBILITY OF LODGE A COMPLAINT RELATING TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Everyone has the right to lodge a complaint in connection with the processing of their personal data to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office at ul. Stawki 2 00-193 Warsaw.

8. AUTOMATED DECISIONS BASED ON PERSONAL DATA, INCLUDING PROFILING
edikson.com does not make automated decisions based on personal data, including profiling.
 
9. CONTACT WITH THE PERSONAL DATA ADMINISTRATOR
Contact with the Data Administrator or a person designated by him is possible at the company's headquarters, or by e-mail info@edikson.com
 
In some cases, edikson.com processes personal data at the request of other data controllers with whom relevant entrustment agreements have been concluded. This situation occurs when concluding lease agreements, purchase of fiscal equipment in installments, rental or purchase of a payment card terminal, conclusion of a contract for the operation of a payment card terminal, conclusion of a contract for SaaS software licenses.
