mikroSubiekt is a program aimed mainly at small retail and service companies that do not require warehouse management during sales. The software is very intuitive, functional and easy to use, even novice computer users can handle it.
The most important features of mikroSubiekt:
- handling of VAT invoices, receipts and corrective invoices;
- simplified handling of the register of unsettled documents (Settlement function);
- handling files of: goods, services and contractors;
- multi-currency printouts of documents and price lists;
- sale of goods by value (e.g. fuel);
- sale to Local Government Units;
- assigning a default form of payment to the contractor;
- assigning default margins for items;
- checking the uniqueness of the bar code in goods;
- the possibility of fiscalizing sales documents on fiscal printers (cooperation with many printer models);
- many basic breakdowns such as balance sheet, sales by assortment, sales per period, etc .;
- possibility of collective change of VAT rates in the goods list;
- the ability to export data in the EDI ++ format for use by Insert's accounting systems (eg Rachmistrz GT, Rewizor GT);
- cooperation with Microsoft SQL Server 2005, 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, 2014 and 2016;
- cooperation with operating systems: Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Windows Server 2008 R2, 2012, 2012 R2, 2016;
- the ability to generate a JPK_VAT file for the purposes of cooperation with an accounting program or an accounting office;
- the ability to generate a JPK_FA file for the purposes of tax audits.

Zmiany w wersji 10.00
Poniżej wymieniono wszystkie zmiany w programie.
- Wprowadzono obsługę nowych struktur JPK_V7M(2) i JPK_V7K(2). Są one pomocne między innymi w komunikacji z biurem rachunkowym.
- W związku z dodaniem nowych oznaczeń JPK: WSTO_EE oraz IED wprowadzono obsługę nowej wersji pliku komunikacji z biurem rachunkowym - EPP 1.11.
- Wprowadzono obsługę nowych oznaczeń JPK - WSTO_EE oraz IED. Powinny one być ustawiane dla każdej wewnątrzwspólnotowej sprzedaży na odległość towarów i przy świadczeniu usług telekomunikacyjnych i elektronicznych świadczonych na rzecz konsumentów unijnych.
- Przedłużono datę obowiązywania struktury pliku kontrolnego JPK_FA(3).
- Rozwiązano problemy z zapamiętywaniem lokalizacji okien programu na monitorze. Do problemów dochodziło m.in. przy pracy z dwoma monitorami.
